It is structured to address the scope and complexity of the ever-changing insurance environment and offers a flexible operating model that can meet the unique needs of each market segment. You would be part of Retirement services team, Experience in the US retirement industry specifically 401k , 403B, Moneyout, Lumpsum, Defined contribution, Client Service Management, Plan document, Plan Implementation Management of non-cash pay that represents ownership in a firm. This type of compensation can include, restricted stock and performance shares. Equity compensation allows the employees of the firm to share in the profits via appreciation and can encourage retention. Share plan management gives a company employees equity ownership rights or the right to buy share
What are we looking for? • Up to 7 years of experience in Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) operations (US region preferred) • The role is responsible for executing end-to-end Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) recordkeeping operations, data management, enrollment, purchase processing, and reconciliation. The individual will ensure accurate and timely processing while adhering to defined SLAs, controls, and compliance standards. • Experience in data governance, participant data management, and brokerage coordination • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Willingness to work in a 5-day workweek with rotational weekly offs • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Economics, or related field • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Economics, or related field • 2–5 years of experience in ESPP recordkeeping operations or related financial/HR functions • Working knowledge of MS Access and strong proficiency in MS Excel • Understanding of ESPP processes, brokerage workflows, and legal/reporting standards • Basic knowledge of conversion reconciliation methodology and plan administration systems • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, metrics, and trends • Good project management and stakeholder communication skills • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail capabilities • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Roles and Responsibilities: Roles & Responsibilities: • Execute end-to-end plan setup and implementation in the recordkeeping platform, including configuration, file feed testing, and conversion data validation; prepare reconciliation outputs and support onboarding activities • Manage eligibility and demographic data processing, including file validation, error reporting, discrepancy resolution, and maintaining audit trails to ensure data accuracy for downstream activities • Support enrollment operations, including setup of enrollment windows, processing participant enrollments, generating scheduled outputs, and resolving participant queries and exceptions within defined timelines • Perform purchase and allocation activities, including contribution processing, purchase execution, generation of allocation/purchase reports, and reconciliation between recordkeeping and brokerage data • Handle disposition and cost basis management, including updating transaction data, maintaining lot-level records, performing reconciliations, and resolving unmatched or incorrect transactions • Execute corporate actions and client-requested updates, support audit requirements (SOC 2), and assist in testing activities for new implementations or changes • Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and control frameworks, maintain operational trackers, proactively escalate risks/issues, and collaborate with internal stakeholders • Drive operational excellence by maintaining documentation, ensuring compliance, and identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
