Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, you will analyze and design new business processes to create documentation for implementing new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases, and participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Develop innovative strategies for process improvement
- Lead process design and implementation initiatives
- Conduct process audits and recommend improvements
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GuideWire Integration
- Strong understanding of business process architecture
- Experience in process mapping and documentation
- Knowledge of business process modeling tools
- Ability to analyze and optimize business processes
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in GuideWire Integration
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office
- A 15 years full-time education is required
