Summary:
As a User Experience Designer, you will analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, conducting user research, and synthesizing findings to inform design decisions. You will also create wireframes and prototypes, ensuring that the user experience is intuitive and engaging. Engaging with stakeholders to present design concepts and gather feedback will be a key part of your role, as will iterating on designs based on user testing and analytics. Your work will directly impact the usability and satisfaction of the end product, making it essential to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user experience design.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovative design solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of user experience design.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Visual Design.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with usability testing and user research techniques.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
