Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding your team in implementing effective solutions. You will also engage in strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that the applications developed meet both user needs and technical specifications. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within your team and the broader organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Responsible for implementing change requests and maintaining applications. - Perform full-stack development using Core Java, Spring Boot, and AngularJS for front-end components. - Enhance and optimize applications using OpenAPI generators. - Write JUnit test cases leveraging Mock MVC or reactive libraries. - Maintain and manage codebases using GIT repositories. - Adapt and update application features in response to evolving business needs. - Configure and monitor Azure pipeline deployments efficiently. -Utilize Cloud Foundry for tracking progress. -Leverage Splunk for analyzing application behavior and traffic. -Monitor functional mailboxes and track support tickets using ITSM tool to ensure timely resolution and efficient incident management. -Work in an Agile environment, including refining user stories and actively participating in sprint ceremonies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Angular Js, Oracle, Junit 4/5. -Good to have skills: Agile, Azure, GIT, Cloud Foundry, Splunk. - Strong understanding of web development frameworks and technologies. - Experience with database management and optimization techniques. - Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies. - Ability to implement best practices in software development and agile methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
