Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
Must have skills : SAP ABAP Development for HANA
Good to have skills : TOSCA Testsuite, Worksoft Certify

Summary:
You will be responsible for defining and driving the overall SAP testing strategy across various project types including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, and Fiori. Your role will involve leading estimation efforts, designing testing frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery. You will also be expected to manage testing governance, automation tools, and data management processes while mentoring junior team members and contributing to strategic decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate and manage the testing team to perform effectively across projects.
Responsible for team decisions and quality outcomes.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key testing and quality decisions.
Provide solutions to testing challenges across multiple SAP modules and teams.
Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather testing requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in SAP testing methodologies.
Define, plan, and lead end-to-end SAP testing strategies tailored to different project types:
Greenfield: New system implementation from scratch
Brownfield: Migration/conversion of existing ECC systems to S/4HANA
Define and drive SAP testing strategy including planning, scope, and environment setup.
Lead estimation efforts for testing scope—effort, cost, resource, schedule, and tools.
Develop estimation models and templates using historical data and industry standards.
Design end-to-end testing architecture for functional, integration, regression, and UAT phases.
Identify and implement suitable automation frameworks and tools (e.g., SAP TAO, Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft Certify, Micro Focus ALM).
Support test data management including creation, masking, and validation.
Ensure traceability of requirements and manage defect lifecycle using tools like JIRA or Solution Manager.
Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to report test metrics, progress, and quality risks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must Have Skills: Strong expertise in SAP testing across ECC, S/4HANA, BW, and Fiori.
Deep understanding of SAP testing methodologies and lifecycle.
Experience with automation tools such as SAP TAO, Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft Certify, and Micro Focus ALM.
Ability to lead testing strategy and governance across large-scale SAP implementations.
Familiarity with testing tools like JIRA, Solution Manager, and test data management practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and compliance.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP testing.
A 15 year full-time education is required.
