As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will advise, lead, and engage in high-impact activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure effective implementation of strategies, providing insights to enhance IT functions, and addressing challenges that arise during project execution. You will play a crucial role in guiding the team towards achieving project goals while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovative solutions and continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday US Payroll.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance regulations.
- Experience with system integration and data migration processes.
- Ability to analyze and interpret payroll data for decision-making.
- Familiarity with reporting tools and techniques to generate payroll insights.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday US Payroll.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
