Project Role : Custom Software Engineer
Project Role Description : Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.

Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the application meets the evolving needs of users while adhering to best practices in software development. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions that enhance the overall functionality and performance of the application. Full Chip level Constraints development, validation, and timing closure Deep understanding of Finfet low technology node 7nm and below Expertise on IO budgeting, MMMC timing eco generation and convergence Expertise in Clock Tree analysis for deep submicron Hands-on experience with industry standard tools like PrimeTime, Tempus, Fishtail etc Deep understanding of AOCV, POCV margin methodology Experience in Hyperscale, ILM is advantage 12+ yrs experience in STA Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Static Timing Analysis (STA). - Strong understanding of digital circuit design and verification. - Experience with timing closure methodologies and tools. - Familiarity with scripting languages for automation. - Ability to analyze and optimize performance metrics. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Static Timing Analysis (STA). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
