Project Role : Enterprise Platform Advisor
Project Role Description : Provide consulting services and advice on complex enterprise transformations involving one or more technology platforms. Advise on platform selection, technology cost optimization and/or value levers. Develop and implement market-leading industry- and/or function-specific technology assets.

As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves delivering expert consulting services to guide complex enterprise transformations that span multiple technology platforms. This role requires providing strategic advice on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology costs, and identifying value drivers. The advisor also focuses on developing and deploying cutting-edge technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that clients achieve their transformation goals effectively and efficiently. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of emerging technologies are integral parts of the daily routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative technology strategies that align with business objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- Strong understanding of cloud computing architectures and service models related to Platform as a Service.
- Experience in evaluating and recommending platform solutions based on business needs and technical feasibility.
- Ability to analyze technology cost structures and identify optimization opportunities.
- Skilled in designing and implementing industry-specific technology assets that drive business value.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
