Summary:
As a Security Architect, you will define the security architecture, ensuring that it meets the business requirements and performance goals. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding our organization's systems and data.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Ensure the security architecture aligns with business requirements and performance goals.
- Design and implement security solutions to protect the organization's systems and data.
- Conduct security assessments and identify vulnerabilities in the existing architecture.
- Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security best practices are followed.
- Provide guidance and support to development teams on secure coding practices.
- Conduct security awareness training for employees.
- Assist in incident response and forensic investigations.
- Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to identify potential threats.
- Recommend and implement security controls to mitigate risks.
- Participate in security audits and assessments.
- Stay informed about regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of security frameworks and methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Application Security Architecture and Design.
- Strong understanding of security principles, standards, and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing secure architectures.
- Knowledge of security technologies and tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners.
- Experience in conducting security assessments and penetration testing.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards, such as ISO 27001 and GDPR.

Good To Have Skills:
- Experience with cloud security and DevSecOps practices.
- Experience in threat modeling and risk assessment.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and common vulnerabilities.
- Understanding of network security protocols and encryption algorithms. It is also expected resource should have knowledge of AI security

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Security Architecture Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
