Project Role : Technology Account Lead
Project Role Description : Function as primary contact for technology work at each account. Integrate technology contracts and engagements at the client. Leverage all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account (up-sell/cross-sell). Create the technology account plan and get the right people involved to maximize the opportunity and build the account.

Summary:
As a Technology Account Lead, a typical day involves serving as the main point of contact for all technology-related activities within assigned accounts. This role requires coordinating various technology contracts and engagements to ensure seamless integration and alignment with client needs. The individual actively works to broaden the range of technology services provided by identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration. They develop comprehensive account plans and engage the appropriate stakeholders to optimize outcomes and strengthen client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships and business expansion.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Drive strategic planning and execution of technology initiatives to meet client objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and client stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Advanced Embedded System Engineering.
- Strong expertise in system architecture design and integration for embedded platforms.
- Experience with hardware-software co-design and real-time operating systems.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex embedded system issues effectively.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in embedded system development.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive technology solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Advanced Embedded System Engineering.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
