- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and resolution of system issues.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as a Service.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline deployment and monitoring tasks.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and their application in supporting business systems.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of issues.
- Experience working within collaborative environments to support software and infrastructure stability.

- The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in DevOps.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
