Project Role Description : Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to create efficient applications that align with organizational goals, while also participating in discussions to refine project requirements and improve overall software quality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high-quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes. - Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and services.Terraform for managing Azure infrastructure. - Extensive experience as an Azure DevOps (ADO) admin, including pipeline creation, YAML configurations, provisioning agents, and release management. -Tooling Knowledge: Familiarity with SonarQube (must have). Experience with other CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, and Maven build processes etc. - Container Orchestration & Experience with AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), including Helm-based deployment, scaling, and security. (Good to Have) - Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, Python or Powershell - Experience with security best practices in DevOps. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
