Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to create innovative applications that align with organizational goals and user requirements. Your role will also include problem-solving and decision-making to optimize the software development process and enhance overall project outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance skill development.
- Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Experience with risk assessment and compliance management tools.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Ability to implement security controls and compliance measures effectively.
- Familiarity with integration of SAP GRC with other enterprise systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
