Project Role Description : Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary:
As an SAP ABAP RAP Developer, design and build modern, cloud-ready applications on SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP. Responsible for the full development lifecycle, from back-end Core Data Services (CDS) modelling to front-end SAP Fiori integration.
Key Responsibilities
Back-End Development: Design and implement end-to-end business objects using the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) in both managed and unmanaged scenarios.
Data Modelling: Create and optimize semantically rich CDS View Entities with appropriate annotations and metadata extensions.
Transactional Logic: Implement business logic using Behavior Definitions (BDEF) and Behavior Implementations (validations, determinations, and actions).
Service Exposure: Develop and publish OData V2 and V4 services via Service Definitions and Bindings.
UI Integration: Collaborate with front-end teams to integrate RAP services with SAP Fiori/UI5 applications using SAP Business Application Studio (BAS).
Quality & Testing: Ensure code quality through peer reviews, ABAP Unit testing, and performance tuning on SAP HANA. Required Skills
Core Expertise: Strong proficiency in ABAP Cloud and Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP).
RAP Framework: Hands-on experience with Entity Manipulation Language (EML) and draft handling.
Tooling: Expert knowledge of ABAP Development Tools (ADT) on Eclipse and SAP Business Application Studio.
Clean Core: Deep understanding of Clean Core principles and S/4HANA cloud extensibility models Preferred Qualifications
Certifications: SAP Certified Associate – ABAP Cloud (C ABAPD 2309).
Cloud Proficiency: Exposure to SAP BTP ABAP Environment (Steampunk)
