Project Role : Business Analyst
Project Role Description : Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.
Must have skills : Payments Fundamentals, PostgreSQL, Business Requirements Analysis, Cross border, SEPA payments, ISO messages used in SEPA, XCT
Good to have skills : NA

Summary:
As a Business Analyst, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing organizational processes and systems. Your typical day will include assessing the current state of business models, identifying customer requirements, and defining future states or business solutions. You will conduct research, gather information, and synthesize data to provide insights that drive decision-making and improve operational efficiency. Collaboration with various teams will be essential as you work to align business needs with technological capabilities, ensuring that solutions are both effective and sustainable.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Develop and maintain documentation that outlines business processes and system requirements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Payments Fundamentals, crossborder and SEPA payments. Knowledge of Accounting solutions in banking domain.
- Good To Have Skills: Business Requirements Analysis.
- Experience in analyzing and designing processes and systems.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience in developing and maintaining project documentation.
- Knowledge and skills to apply advance excel formulas like vlookup, countifs, hlookups etc.
- Data analysis using SQL queries. Create joins among different tables to create reports.
- Should be able to understand business requirement and convert to technical specification
- Basic knowledge of Jira
- ability to interpret the ISO messages used in SEPA, XCT like pain.001, pacs.003 etc.
- Attention to detail and should be able to identify any anomalies and patterns large amount of data
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders to carry out the tasks

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Payments Fundamentals.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
