Project Role Description : Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary:
CHRO-aligned delivery leader who ships a user-adopted Oracle Fusion HCM program, integrated end-to-end with finance and operations on a secure OCI foundation , envisions and deploys Agent AI and Gen AI solutions
Roles & Responsibilities:
Own hire-to-retire outcomes across Fusion HCM and the modules adopted by the client.
Deliver HCM integrations via OIC (worker/org, identity, payroll/time/benefits feeds).
Partner with ERP teams on hire-to-pay, labor costing, and payroll accounting touchpoints.
Enable HR leadership analytics in OAC (and FAW/FDI where adopted).
Drive go-live readiness with a focus on adoption, data quality, and operational stability.
Prerequisite — Agentic AI & GenAI
Deploy employee-facing and HR-ops GenAI across Fusion HCM: HR policy Q&A, case deflection, onboarding guidance, manager copilots, and recruiting workflow augmentation—integrated via OIC.
Build HCM agents that automate safe actions: drafting responses, summarizing cases, assembling onboarding packs, routing approvals—under strict privacy controls and role-based entitlements.
Deliver RAG on HR knowledge (policies, benefits, leave rules, country-local guidance, internal playbooks) with rigorous PII protections and audit trails in OCI.
Implement governance: model evaluation, bias/quality checks, prompt/versioning controls, and observability using OCI Logging/Monitoring/APM.
Provide CXO-ready reporting via OAC: deflection rate, time-to-resolution, employee experience uplift, and HR capacity released.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Worked on AI projects and delivered outcomes
15+ years implementing Oracle HCM deep expertise in Core HR plus meaningful adjacent modules.
Hands-on OIC delivery and OCI fundamentals (IAM/networking/observability) for secure integrations.
Able to influence HR leadership on governance, compliance, and adoption.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and delivering in short, iterative cycles.
Oracle Cloud modules
Deep: Fusion HCM (Global HR/Core HR) plus modules adopted by the client: Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Compensation.
Breadth: OIC VBCS OAC OCI (IAM/Networking/Autonomous DB/Observability) OCI Security (Vault + Cloud Guard/WAF as applicable) FAW/FDI (if offered). Cross-pillar touchpoints across the remaining Fusion pillars (ERP/HCM/SCM/CX).
