Project Role Description : Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary:
Revenue and service delivery leader who ships Oracle Fusion CX outcomes and connects front office to ERP and supply chain execution. Own integrated journeys, adoption, and measurable improvements in pipeline and service performance, envisions and deploys Agent AI and Gen AI solutions
Roles & Responsibilities:
Own lead-to-cash and service-to-revenue outcomes across Sales/Service (and CPQ/Field Service as applicable).
Deliver CX integrations via OIC connecting CX with ERP/SCM (real-time and batch).
Build targeted extensions in VBCS to improve front-line productivity where standard UX is insufficient.
Enable pipeline, forecast, and service analytics in OAC (and FAW/FDI where adopted).
Drive go-live readiness with a focus on adoption, data quality, and user experience.
Prerequisite — Agentic AI & GenAI
Deploy GenAI copilots for Sales & Service on Fusion CX: conversation summarization, next-best action, knowledge-assisted resolution, and case automation—integrated through OIC.
Build CX agents that act: draft and route responses, auto-create cases/tasks, escalate with context, and update customer communications—with strong controls and audit trails.
Implement RAG on customer knowledge (product docs, troubleshooting guides, policies, contract entitlements) with entitlement-aware retrieval enforced via OCI IAM.
Productionize on OCI Generative AI / AI Services instrument adoption, deflection, FCR, and NPS with OAC and OCI observability.
Expand patterns upstream into ERP/SCM (order status, warranty, billing context) for a unified customer experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Worked on AI projects and delivered outcomes
15+ years implementing Oracle CX deep expertise in Sales or Service (or both) with measurable outcomes.
Hands-on OIC delivery strong working knowledge of VBCS, OAC, and OCI foundations.
Able to influence CRO/CCO/CIO stakeholders and drive adoption decisions.
Bias toward iterative delivery and production quality.
Oracle Cloud modules
Deep: Fusion Sales and/or Fusion Service plus CPQ/Field Service/Commerce as implemented.
Breadth: OIC VBCS OAC OCI (IAM/Networking/Autonomous DB/Observability) OCI Security (Vault + Cloud Guard/WAF as applicable) FAW/FDI (if offered). Cross-pillar touchpoints across the remaining Fusion pillars (ERP/HCM/SCM/CX).
Additional Information:
