- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution phases of projects to ensure milestones are met effectively.
- Facilitate clear communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Transition.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and best practices in service delivery.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex project dependencies.
- Experience in risk identification, mitigation strategies, and issue resolution within projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration.
- Capability to analyze project performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
