Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and enhance system performance.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent disruptions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CPQ Cloud (Big Machines).
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience with cloud-based software platforms and understanding of their architecture.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to drive problem resolution.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate technical information to various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and support methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle CPQ Cloud (Big Machines).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
