- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet delivery timelines and quality benchmarks.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GitHub.
- Experience with version control workflows and branching strategies to manage codebases effectively.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices for code review and collaboration.
- Ability to implement and enforce coding standards to maintain high-quality software deliverables.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to streamline releases.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within distributed development teams.
