As a Manager – Digital Channels, a typical day involves supporting the delivery, management, and optimization of the bank s Mobile Banking App, Internet Banking platform, and Public Website. The role focuses on translating business requirements into functional documentation, coordinating with technology and vendor teams, managing releases, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The position plays a key role in day-to-day channel operations, customer experience improvement, and performance tracking to ensure digital platforms remain stable, scalable, and customer-focused.
Roles & Responsibilities
Support end-to-end execution of digital channel initiatives across mobile, internet banking, and website platforms.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRDs, FRDs, user stories).
Coordinate with Technology, UX, Operations, and Vendor teams for delivery and releases.
Manage UAT cycles, defect tracking, validations, and sign-offs.
Monitor digital channel performance metrics including adoption, uptime, and transaction success rates.
Support customer journey enhancements and usability improvements.
Assist in compliance, audit readiness, and regulatory change implementation.
Track SLAs, dependencies, and risks escalate issues proactively.
Professional & Technical Skills
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Digital Banking channels (Mobile & Internet Banking).
Strong understanding of BRD/FRD preparation and UAT management.
Knowledge of core banking systems, APIs, and web/mobile technologies.
Experience with digital customer journeys and UX collaboration.
Skilled in stakeholder coordination and multi-project management.
Ability to analyze digital performance data and prepare MIS dashboards.
Additional Information
5–10 years of experience in Digital Banking / Banking Technology.
This position is based at the Mumbai office.
Bachelor s degree required.
