- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Continuously improve support processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ivalua.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience with application monitoring and incident management tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Good communication skills to clearly document issues and interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle and support best practices.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Ivalua.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
