Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across various systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.
- Strong understanding of web application development and design principles.
- Experience with database management and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience in implementing RESTful APIs and web services.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in ASP.NET MVC.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
