Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Analyze and document issues to facilitate effective troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality.
- Provide training and support to end-users to improve system utilization.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary adjustments.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance service delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- Strong understanding of human capital management processes and best practices.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues effectively.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports for decision-making.
- Familiarity with system integration and data migration processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
