Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and efficiency across platforms. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. - Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases for future reference. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Cloud Conversion. - Strong understanding of cloud-based application architectures and integration techniques. - Experience with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality. - Familiarity with release management processes and version control systems. - Ability to analyze system performance and implement optimizations to ensure reliability. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable solutions.
