Job Description
-Support the design, build and oversee the implementation of Global Financial - Analytics and Reporting, operational and management solutions (Group, Core Finance, R&D Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement)
- Ensure the solution fits to the existing and new Roche Financial landscape requirements and the end to end processes/systems, interfaces and platforms
- Support implementation of requirements out of Define/Design phase of the program ASPIRE within A&R Finance streams IT, Business and off-shore teams in order to guarantee the deliverables with full transparency on status and risk management
- Identify and resolve/escalate risks, issues and make decisions related to the solutions
- Analyze business requirements and develop solutions for BI, Analytic & Reporting in the S/4 HANA and BW/4 implementation, SAC Reporting, all SAP and non-SAP systems relationship
- Support architecture and design of the overall S/4 HANA landscape taking into consideration Roche Enterprise Architecture

Qualifications:
- Very good understanding of financial processes, global solutions and systems
- Deep knowledge and understanding of A&R for Finance and A&R SAP Tools (S/4 HANA, SAC, BW/4, HANA Native) including good overall understanding on transactional, operational business and corporate finance
- Strong adaptability mindset to support an agile and dynamic environment of constant priority changes
- Open-minded and flexibility, with the ability to do hands-on work in order to accomplish the deliverables and deadlines
- Works independently
- Fluent in English orally and in writing
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Must-have experience in SAP ERP/BW - implementations/migration and rollouts in a global environment - preferable S/4 HANA and BW/4
- Understanding of S/4 HANA Embedded Analytics, BW/4 and SAP Analytics Cloud"
