Job Summary:

You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build, and implement initiatives that can help enhance business performance.

Roles & Responsibilities: As part of the team, you will drive the following:

  • Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives—from opportunity identification to implementation and value realization.
  • Translate client transformation commitments into clear, actionable roadmaps and drive execution against defined milestones.
  • Drive adoption of GenAI and agentic frameworks, working with stakeholders to build execution plans and ensure aligned delivery.
  • Plan and execute agile sprints in collaboration with TFO, SynOps, and delivery teams to deliver key transformation initiatives.
  • Identify value creation opportunities by developing use cases, and collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions.
  • Define and implement productivity measurement frameworks, enabling tracking of outcomes such as FTE optimization and efficiency gains.
  • Develop strong business cases with clear ROI, financial impact, and workforce implications.
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure seamless execution, adoption, and scaling of initiatives.
  • Track and validate benefits, ensuring alignment with financial and productivity targets.
  • Identify risks proactively, escalate when required, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Manage client dependencies and drive necessary changes in ways of working to enable transformation success.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align transformation priorities with business objectives.
  • Manage governance forums, stakeholder communication, and escalation of risks or blockers.
  • Drive periodic reporting on transformation progress, roadmap status, and key milestones; build strong credentials and success stories.
  • Leverage global assets, SMEs, and partner ecosystems to accelerate outcomes.
  • Engage with third-party vendors to assess capabilities and feasibility.
  • Support operating model redesign, workforce transformation, and upskilling initiatives.
  • Lead marketing and campaign transformation programs across Salesforce Marketing ecosystem (SFMC, Pardot, Data Cloud, etc.).
  • Define KPIs, measure campaign performance, and drive data-led optimization strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Strong consulting experience in transformation, innovation, or operations optimization.
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into execution roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience in GenAI / automation-driven transformation initiatives is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of agile delivery models (sprints, pods, cross-functional execution).
  • Experience in marketing transformation and campaign strategy.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce ecosystems and content operations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership engagement.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, global, and matrixed environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Additional Information:

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) (mandatory).
  • Good to have: Pardot, Data Cloud, Personalization, Salesforce Loyalty.
  • Experience in campaign strategy, next best action, attribution, and optimization.
  • Exposure to GenAI, automation frameworks, and digital transformation tools.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technologies, CRM systems, and omnichannel engagement.
  • Project management and cross-functional collaboration experience
