Global Network Song – Commerce & Sales Practice 

The Customer Sales & Service functional team is aligned to the Global Network division of Accenture and works with clients across its marketing, sales, and services department. The team provides transformation services across three key offerings: Marketing Transformation, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing and sales strategies and thereby optimizing their cost to serve, thus improving revenue per customer. 


The team is comprised of individuals who have an in-depth understanding of marketing, sales and services functions and experience across various industries like Communications and High Tech, Banking, Insurance, Energy, Utilities and Retail.  


We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who will help define business opportunities in the e-commerce / digital transformation area to optimize clients’ performance. Individuals must have good communication skills, knowledge in relevant technologies, innovative thinking, and commitment to quality. 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Candidate should possess In-depth knowledge of business processes and ecommerce Platform & constraints to be a trusted advisor to our clients 
  • Must bring industry best practices and their expertise mentioned aboved while working in partnership with the business in defining outcomes as well as to-be processes. 
  • Ability to work along with multiple teams (business, development & testing) to bridge the gap between business problems and technical solutions. 
  • Must be a self-starter and should be able to engage with the business taking the initiative to help identify what the business should be tracking and evaluating. Ability to think through problems and make actionable recommendations. 
  • Must be flexible in working on different Digital Commerce or related roles and engagements depending on assignment. 
  • Would be required to understand the business language and translate into user stories / requirements which can be understood by the technical team. 
  • Must be creative, innovative, independent / team player as required and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques. 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.

Candidate Requirements 
As a right candidate, you should have: 

·       Bachelor’s degree / tertiary education and certification in related field or equivalent experience.

·       Understanding the Digital Commerce Channels, ecosystem, setup, operations, growth and optimizations.

·       Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on Commerce Platform (SAP Commerce Cloud / Hybris, Adobe Commerce / Magento, Shopify / +, Salesforce Commerce Cloud and more) experience in one or more of these areas

  • Platform Strategy & Solution
  • Platform Setup & Implementation
  • Platform Features & Functionalities
  • Platform Customization
  • Platform Operations

·       Experience in adopting Gen AI in work as well as implementing AI-based commerce related solution.

·       Experience in client and / or stakeholder management / supporting / interaction.

·       Functional Consulting or Business Analyst experience in Digital Commerce and have delivery of Commerce / Digital Transformation engagements would be a plus.

·       Other Commerce-related experiences below would be a plus.

  • Commerce Strategy (Channel / Product / Campaigns)
  • Search Engine Optimization / Generative Engine Optimization
  • On and Off Platform Marketing (for Commerce)
  • Marketplace Setup & Operations (Shopee / Lazada / etc)
  • Social Commerce (TikTok / etc)
  • Retail / Distributor / eDistributors
  • Other Commerce Methods / Channels

·       Certifications in these domains would be also be a plus

  • Digital Commerce
  • Marketplace (Shopee / Lazada)
  • Platforms (Shopify / Magento / Hybris or SAP Commerce Cloud / Salesforce Commerce Cloud / etc)
  • Google Analytics / Tag Manager
  • Power BI / Google Data Studio / Any Data Visualization Tool
  • AI related Certifications
  • Any other related certifications.
