We are looking for curious people willing to question the current ways of working by utilizing new technologies, agile ways of working and new business models to bring new ideas and innovations to life. 3+ years of experience from consulting and/or working with IT strategy, operating models, data & analytics, future tech, cloud strategy, tech transformation etc.

Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities

Put ideas and findings into the right context for the right audience, both written and verbally in English and preferably in Swedish

An analytical and structural mindset, who can achieve impressive results and thrive in settings where you define, structure, and solve clients pain points

In addition to delivering projects, we are looking for experience in team-leading and driving internal activities (e.g. recruiting, social, training, etc.).

Experience from the Retail industry is beneficial for this role but not mandatory

Master's degree in a relevant field with excellent academic results

Fluent in English

Flexibility in terms of travel and work across the Nordics is expected
