As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of IT projects. Your role will include overseeing daily tasks such as code reviews, developing proof of concepts, providing technical coaching, identifying and addressing project risks, and fostering effective communication and collaboration among project teams.
In addition, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business and application requirements. Required skills include Core Java development, the Spring framework.

Job Requirements:
- Microservices Engineers (5-15 years of experience)
- Must-have skills: (5–15 years of experience)
- Java
- Spring Boot
- Cloud platforms.
- Fluent in English: B2-C1.
- These roles focus on designing and building scalable microservices, cloud-native solutions, and high-performance backend systems.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Kafka
- GitHub Copilot / Cursor
