We are looking for an ETL Developer with hands-on experience in IBM DataStage to join our growing data and analytics team. You’ll be part of an Agile delivery team, working on impactful data integration solutions for enterprise-scale projects.
What you’ll do
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using IBM DataStage
- Transform and integrate data from multiple sources into target systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, business, QA)
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Ensure data quality, performance, and reliability of ETL pipelines

What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with IBM DataStage
- Solid understanding of ETL and data warehousing concepts
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Nice to have
- Experience in large or complex data environments
- Exposure to cloud, scheduling tools, or CI/CD
- Previous experience on enterprise or consulting projects
