8 to 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS HRMS
💼 What You’ll Do:
- Participate across all phases of transformation projects
- Identify scope, define requirements, and develop functional/technical specifications
- Build and support proof of concepts, estimates, and solution designs
- Lead and coordinate implementation efforts
- Support organizational change and adoption
- Act as a subject matter expert with strong domain knowledge
