Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast‑paced, professional environment and enjoys working with senior stakeholders? At Accenture the Netherlands, we are looking for an Executive Assistant who brings structure, precision, and calm to complex agendas and supports leadership in making a real impact.
Based in Amsterdam, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders within our Corporate Functions organization.
🛠️ What you’ll do
Proactively manage complex calendars and meetings across multiple time zones
Plan and coordinate international travel arrangements, including travel documentation and expense management
Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate and arrange meetings and events end – to end and ensures everything runs smoothly
Prepare, edit, and manage high‑quality documents, presentations, and reports using MS Office
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Coordinate priorities, deadlines, and actions across multiple stakeholders
Support process improvements and bring structure and efficiency to daily operations
Act as backup for team members when needed

What we’re looking for
Education: Completed HBO diploma (minimum requirement)
Experience: minimum of 2 years of experience in as an Executive Assistant or similar role
🛠️ Skills:
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong organizational and planning skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Leadership & professional skills:
Strong stakeholder management
Confident, composed, and reliable under pressure
Discreet, precise, and highly professional
Languages: Fluent in English and Dutch

Experience supporting senior leadership or executive teams
Experience working in a large, international organization
