You will be part of a collaborative team working closely with Finance Operations and contributing to core order‑to‑cash activities. In this role, you will focus on cash collection for B2B customers, supporting the timely recovery of outstanding receivables.
Your responsibilities will include managing customer payment follow‑ups, resolving payment‑related inquiries, reconciling cash receivables, and ensuring collections activities are completed accurately and on time.
THE WORK
Building and maintaining positive relations with B2B customers.
Regularly updating on account status, overdue payments, and credit limits.
Assisting in forecasting overdue payments based on historical records.
Generating and sending missing invoices, account statements, as well as assisting with documentation for write-offs when requested.
Following up with customers regarding overdue invoices via email or telephone.
Providing support with credit‑related customer requests and contributing to the resolution of payment issues.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Knowledge of English (min. B2 level) and German (min. B2 level) language.

Full-time availability (8 hours from Monday to Friday).

Min. 1 year of experience in Credit, Collections or Accounts Receivable operations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken (B2B (Business-to-Business setting)).

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SAP.
