The Global Network - SONG practice is aligned to Accenture Song and works with clients across their marketing, commerce/sales and services functions. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Living Marketing, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, commerce/sales, and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner.  

We are currently looking for a Senior Manager with experience in any of the Centers of Excellence (CoEs) within the Song capability in Mexico:

Cloud Contact Center Senior Manager

What you will do in this role 

As an Cloud Contact Center Senior Manager, you will lead the end-to-end transformation initiatives across marketing, commerce, and customer service, defining future-state strategies and driving implementation of cloud-based contact center and AI-enabled solutions.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree completed

  • MBA from a tier 1 institute is highly desirable.

  • Availability to travel may be required.

  • English Advanced

  • +12 years experience in designing, architecting and delivering in any one of the following Cloud Contact Center platforms: such as Genesys, Amazon Connect, Google CCAI, NICE, Twilio, Avaya, Cisco, etc. 

  • Experience in designing and implementing AI chatbot/ Virtual assistant and defining a comprehensive digital roadmap to integrate with cloud contact center platforms.

  • Experience in creating contact center of the future strategy and transformational roadmap. 

  • Experience in Conduct contact center capability assessment, create benchmark across contact standard standards KPIs, design the contact center of the future, craft solution blueprint, and articulate business case for transforming to a cloud based WFM solution. 

  • Experience in using speech analytics tools (such as Call Miner, NICE, Verint etc.) and derive insights into the call center key KPIs and be able to suggest transformation ideas.  

  • Contributed initiatives such as Assets, accelerators and Point of Views focused on Customer Service Channels and Operations. 

  • Project Management, Experience working with global teams. 

  • Excellent oral and written english communication skills 

Marketing Transformation (Martech) Sr Manager - Mexico

What you will do in this role 

As an Marketing Transformation Senior Manager, you will lead and be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and implementing marketing and advertising tools. Your role will involve conducting vendor assessments, optimizing MarTech/AdTech stacks, and driving business development efforts in the digital marketing platform space.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree completed

  • MBA from a tier 1 institute is highly desirable.

  • Availability to travel may be required.

  • +12 years of proven working experience in digital marketing/advertising platforms across industries such as E-Commerce, CPG, Telecom, Healthcare, and Financial Services.

  • Must Have Skills: MarTech/AdTech Transformation, MarTech Assessment, Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Marketing Platform, techno-functional and project management experience

  • Strong knowledge of marketing technologies, including data, content, marketing automation, campaign performance management, personalization, and analytics.

  • Experience in implementing MarTech platforms and AdTech platforms, data visualization platforms, and cloud platforms.

  • Deliver and execute on technical design solutions, customizing where required, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, or Google Marketing Platform.

  • Hands-on functional consulting experience preferably in Adobe marketing processes, campaign lifecycles, and integration with other MarTech platforms implementation with deep functional, industry and client facing experience

  • Excellent oral and written english communication skills 

Agentic Commerce Senior Manager - Mexico

What you will do in this role 

As an Agentic Senior Manager in Customer Technology – Commerce, you will own the architecture, delivery, and scaling of Agentic Commerce implementations, ensuring AI-driven capabilities are production-ready, secure, and tightly integrated with enterprise commerce ecosystems. 

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.

  • 12+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale commerce and digital platforms and poroven leadership at Senior Manager level across complex, multi-region programs.

  • Advanced english level

  • Availability to travel may be required

  • Deep experience implementing enterprise commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce, Adobe Commerce, SAP Commerce, or composable/MACH stacks) 

  • Strong hands-on leadership in agentic AI architectures embedded into production systems 

  • Expertise in API-led, microservices-based architectures supporting distributed commerce systems 

  • Experience integrating LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and contextual memory into enterprise platforms 

  • Proven success leading prototype-to-production programs with CI/CD, cloud-native architecture, and DevOps 

  • Experience defining enterprise governance frameworks for AI-driven systems 

  • Strong understanding of observability, performance benchmarking, and AI evaluation frameworks
