By being part of our teams, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, from our office in Bucharest, in a hybrid setup.
How you’ll make an impact:
Manage customers’ expectations;
Reconcile client’s accounts;
Initiate collection activities via mail/ phone and manage the customer portfolio (within the agreed credit terms and credit limits);
Provide information of credit worthiness to customer service when required;
Input notes on payment agreements, do daily follow-ups and reinstate accounts when payment is received.

You have advanced English;
You have between 1-2 years experience in Finance area OR you are a junior candidate who wants to learn from our professionals;
Bachelor's degree-nice to have, high school degree-mandatory;
